- Attempt to collect, harvest, or misuse data of BFM supporters.
BFM may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

3. User Accounts: To access certain features—such as joining our WhatsApp community, signing petitions, participating in surveys, or volunteering—you may be required to provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the information you provide is truthful;
- Keeping your login or contact details secure;
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Supporter Engagement & Communication Consent: By providing your email, phone number, or WhatsApp contact, you consent to:
- Receiving messages from BFM, including updates, calls to action, invitations, and civic engagement content;
- Being contacted through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or automated systems (if applicable).
You may opt out at any time.

5. Intellectual Property: All content on the website is the property of BFM unless otherwise noted. You may share content for non-commercial, civic, or educational purposes, with attribution.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools: We are not responsible for policies or practices of Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube or other external platforms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability: BFM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by Bahamian law.
